REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
Return Period: we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product.
Conditions for Returns:
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Products must be in their original packaging and with its tags on

Return Process:

- Wait for confirmation and return label
- Ship the product back to us
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned product. The time it takes to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment method.
Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
